NIKO UK

In 2008 Kristal Design was introduced to Karen Calder (Managing Director of NIKO UK) with a view to providing a design concept for NIKO UK’s inception into the Home Automation marketplace.

With NIKO Belgium (NIKO UK’s Parent company) being a major force to be reckoned with across Europe the requirement / expectation bar was set very high, and a strong design concept and a successful event was the only acceptable option if the business was to be won.

The designs were tendered, then tweaked, then tweaked a little more until we had just what was required for an installer based exhibition, thankfully show attendance was strong and coupled with the right design concept and strong brand marketing the exhibition was a success for NIKO UK.

Since Homebuild & Renovation 2009 we have forged a very strong working relationship with Karen and the team at NIKO, and have since designed and built for NIKO UK at Homebuild & Renovation 2010, ISE Amsterdam 2010 and have refurbished the companies UK training facility / showroom in Toddington.

Following the success of the NIKO UK events we were introduced to NIKO Belgium to tender a design solution for the company’s huge stand at the BATIBOUW 2010 exhibition in Belgium. Unfortunately we narrowly missed out on this major project but have been promised the opportunity to tender for the 2011 event “Fingers Crossed”.
